This second Four Seasons development by the Berlin based Aras International Holding GmbH was converted from an old residential building in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf area of Berlin in 2014. Based on a Berlin theme, the boutique interior design focuses on famous city landmarks recreated in interior details and artwork throughout the site.

All FF&E in the hotel was entrusted to Supellia manufacturers and installation teams who completed the fit out in less than 4 months from order to hand over. In the guest rooms, we produced and installed all fitted and free-standing bedroom furniture, the glass and timber wall partitions, the bathroom glass doors, and certain bathroom fixtures.

Our works in the rest of the hotel include the reception desk, the back office, the entire lobby lounge, all of the sky restaurant’s FF&E including the bar and buffet counters, and a number of wall partitions and glass doors throughout the building.

Among the challenges in the project was the complex logistics and high level of precision required to deliver and install the large laminated glass screens in accordance with the architectural artwork scheme, accounting for tiny variations in the dimensions of each room.

Despite the size and complexity of the project, the exceptionally high-quality standards set forth, and the tight installation programme, Vier Jahreszeiten Berlin City West became an unequivocal success recognised by everyone who witnessed our performance and result:
